Mr. Andrew Martin is the founder and President of Pangolin Group Inc. a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and California certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) based in Los Angeles. Pangolin Group provides specialized consulting and Subject Matter Expertise services, engineering support, and training to the U.S. defense industry and government laboratories. During his time in the Air Force, Mr. Martin was a highly decorated SOF Combat Controller with over twenty years of experience operating, leading and training national level special operations personnel. Pivotal in the development, integration, and use of small/micro UAV’s, advanced SOF targeting systems that revolutionized Battlefield Air Operations (BAO) machine-to-machine targeting and Digital Close Air Support (CAS) programs. Mr. Martin retains detailed knowledge of Air Force/Air Force Special Operations Command/U.S. Special Operations Command/Joint Special Operations Command capabilities, shortfalls and gaps in both equipment and training. As a military combat developer and civilian consultant, Mr. Martin has ushered in advanced weapons systems, munitions, offensive and defensive personal protective devices, immersive tactical simulator systems, as well as assisting in integrating and transitioning national level close-hold proprietary programs for general and special operations use.

The objectives PGI will focus on is establishing relationships with companies that provide value and enhancement to current and future military simulations and training efforts. Furthermore, PGI shall conduct market surveys of various technologies that address capability gaps.

As a new business development segment, PGI is moving into the drone and drone mission support arena. Services provided include flight and safety standards development, SOP development, employment TTPs, airspace scheduling and control. Notably, PGI maintains close relationships with government ranges and can coordinate drone/SUAS flight operations in restricted airspace that is normally off limits to civilian operations.
